Workplace violence prevention policy
At Pixel Empyrean, we are committed to providing a safe and healthy work environment for all of our employees. This workplace violence prevention policy outlines the steps that we take to prevent and address incidents of workplace violence.
Definition of workplace violence: Workplace violence includes any act or threat of physical violence, harassment, intimidation, or other disruptive behavior that occurs at the workplace or that affects the workplace.
Prevention: The company will take all necessary steps to prevent incidents of workplace violence, including conducting risk assessments, providing training and education to employees, and implementing appropriate security measures.
Response: In the event of an incident of workplace violence, employees are expected to immediately report the incident to their supervisor or the HR department. The company will take all necessary steps to ensure the safety of all employees, including contacting law enforcement if necessary.
Discipline: The company will take disciplinary action, up to and including termination, against any employee who engages in workplace violence or threatens violence.
