Counter-notification procedure: If we receive a notice of alleged intellectual property infringement and remove or disable access to the alleged infringing material, the user who posted the material may send us a counter-notification claiming that the material is not infringing. The counter-notification must include the following information: - A description of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location of the material before it was removed or disabled; - A statement by the user that he or she has a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;
- The user's contact information, including his or her name, address, telephone number, and email address; - A statement by the user, made under penalty of perjury, that the user has a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification; and - The user's physical or electronic signature. Repeat infringer policy: We will terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
Trademarks: Our trademarks, service marks, and logos are the property of Pixel Empyrean and may not be used without our prior written permission.
License: We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our products and services for personal, non-commercial use. This license is subject to these Terms and does not include the right to: - Modify or create derivative works based on our products or services; - Distribute, sell, rent, or license our products or services to any third party; or - Use our products or services for any commercial purpose. We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms.
