Employee confidentiality agreement

As an employee of Pixel Empyrean, you may have access to confidential information about the company, its clients, and its business operations. This confidentiality agreement sets forth the terms and conditions under which you must handle and protect this confidential information.

  1. Definition of confidential information: For purposes of this agreement, "confidential information" refers to any information that is not generally known to the public and that is of value to the company or its clients. Confidential information includes, but is not limited to, trade secrets, business plans, financial information, client lists, and proprietary technology.

  2. Use of confidential information: You may only use confidential information for the purpose of performing your job duties and in accordance with the company's policies and procedures. You may not disclose confidential information to any third party without the express written permission of the company.

  3. Protection of confidential information: You must take reasonable precautions to protect the confidentiality of confidential information and to prevent unauthorized access or use. You must also destroy or return any confidential materials upon request or upon the termination of your employment with the company.

  4. Exceptions: This confidentiality agreement does not apply to information that is: (a) already known to you prior to your employment with the company; (b) publicly available through no fault of yours; or (c) rightfully received by you from a third party without a duty of confidentiality.

By signing this confidentiality agreement, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to the terms and conditions set forth above. You also acknowledge that any breach of this agreement may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.
