Workplace violence prevention policy
At Pixel Empyrean, we are committed to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for all employees. We do not tolerate any form of violence in the workplace and are committed to taking all necessary precautions to prevent incidents of violence from occurring.
Definitions: Workplace violence is any act or threat of physical violence, harassment, intimidation, or threatening behavior that occurs in the workplace. This includes, but is not limited to, physical assault, stalking, and threats of violence.
Reporting: If you experience or witness any act of workplace violence, or if you receive a threat of violence, you are required to report it immediately to your supervisor or HR representative.
Investigation: All reports of workplace violence will be investigated promptly and thoroughly. We will take appropriate action to protect the safety of our employees and to address the perpetrator's behavior.
Confidentiality: We will maintain the confidentiality of all reports of workplace violence to the extent possible.
Prevention: We are committed to taking all necessary precautions to prevent incidents of workplace violence. This includes providing training to our employees on how to recognize and prevent workplace violence, and implementing security measures as needed.
