Confidentiality agreement
As an employee of Pixel Empyrean, you may have access to confidential information about the company, its clients, and its partners. This confidentiality agreement sets forth the terms and conditions under which you may access and use this confidential information.
Definition of confidential information: Confidential information includes, but is not limited to, trade secrets, financial information, business plans, marketing strategies, and any other information that is not generally known to the public.
Restrictions on use and disclosure: You agree not to use any confidential information for any purpose other than as necessary to perform your duties as an employee of the company. You also agree not to disclose any confidential information to any third party without the prior written consent of the company.
Exceptions: The restrictions on use and disclosure set forth in this agreement do not apply to information that is (a) publicly known at the time of disclosure or becomes publicly known through no fault of yours; (b) rightfully received from a third party without any obligation of confidentiality; or (c) required to be disclosed by law or legal process.
Duration: This confidentiality agreement is effective as of the date of your hire and shall remain in effect until the confidential information becomes publicly known or is no longer used by the company.
